Our Patient Portal is an easy, convenient and secure online health care tool to give you access to ob-gyn services and providers. Use these step-by-step instructions to familiarize yourself with this online tool and get connected.

1. Click on the Patient Portal link on the right at www.OakdaleOBGYN.com


 

2. Choose Create an Account


 

3. Enter your information to create your secure account.  All * fields must be completed.


 

4. Completely fill in your personal information and mailing address.


 

5. Completely fill in your contact information and login information. This is secure.


 

6. Choose your preferred location from the drop down list.  Check the box for Patient Privacy and “Intuit Terms of Service and Privacy Policy” once you have reviewed the information.


 

7. Once you have successfully registered, you will be able to access My Patient Page. Here, you can access all of the Secure Patient Portal applications, including appointment requests, Ask a Nurse, online bill pay and questions about billing, insurance and your appointment.
