Oakdale OBGYN merges with Twin Cities OBGYN medical clinics: we're now a division of Premier OBGYN of Minnesota

On April 1, 2011, Oakdale Obstetrics and Gynecology merged with four independent Twin Cities’ obstetrics and gynecology medical clinics, creating Premier OBGYN of Minnesota.
The clinic’s name, providers, appointment numbers, locations, hospital affiliations and services remain the same. Oakdale Ob/Gyn doctors will continue to manage their patient’s medical care as always and patients will not see providers from the other partner clinics.
Patients benefit in many ways, including shared best medical practices and advanced technology. Lower costs while maintaining high quality outcomes and research initiatives also benefit patients and their families.
Bills or statements will be from Premier OBGYN of Minnesota. Oakdale Ob/Gyn’s relationship with area health plans remains unchanged.
