As with any medical device, there are some risks. Talk with your provider about your potential risks.

If you choose a device or micro-insert as your birth control option, we’ll see you at one of our clinics in Maple Grove, Blaine, Plymouth, or Crystal for a fitting or short procedure.

At your annual exam, or an appointment to talk specifically about birth control, we’ll discuss your goals, review your medical history, and suggest some birth control options that are a good fit.

Depending on which option you choose, you may need to have a short procedure at our clinic or be “fit” for a device. Our helpful team will provide further details.

  • Which option is appropriate for me?
  • What risks should I be aware of?
  • Is this covered by insurance?
