Connect with Your Baby in a Whole New Way

Yoga during pregnancy is a great way to stay in shape and to connect with your baby. Whether you are an advanced yogi or brand new to yoga, we invite moms-to-be to join our prenatal yoga classes that will help to prepare the body and heart for childbirth. This class is open to Oakdale ObGyn patients.

Note: During this pandemic, Prenatal Yoga is on hold. We will resume courses in coming months.

The cost is $50 for each 4-week session. Please register and pay separately for each session.

“The prenatal yoga class was vital to my wellbeing during pregnancy. Each week, the class brought some calm to my chaotic days and the poses put me in tune with my body and my baby. It was truly a wonderful experience each week and something I will continue with future pregnancies.”
